STRESS:

Stress is your body’s responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing floods of stress hormones including adrenal and cortisol. Which rouse body emergency action. Stress is common problem that disturbs our physical and mental activities. Today it became a part of every one’s life. Everyone feels stressed from time to time. Due to hormonal response cause stress through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can strongly effects on health.
                   However, some people with high levels of stress or prolonged stress may have higher blood cholesterol, increased blood pressure or be more prone to developing atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries). Responding to stress with anger can also be harmful, since it sets off a series of physiological changes including increased heart rate and elevated blood pressure levels that can increase your chance of having a heart attack.
